How It Works
We buy a variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables from Local Farmers and Farmers Markets. Your produce will change weekly and vary with the seasons. The Farmers Markets We Shop Santa Monica Pasadena Hollywood South Pasadena It's Easy! Follow these steps and we'll begin delivering food to your door as early as next week. 1. Go to the Price List page and decide whether a Small or Large Box is right for you. (The Small Box is good for a family of two for a week and the Large Box is best for a family of four for a week.) While you're there, take a look at all the fabulous Add Ons you can choose from, as well as the great Gift Baskets we offer. 2. From there, go to the Profile page and fill out the questionnaire. Click SUBMIT and we'll be notified of your request. 3. We'll get right back to you by email or by phone to complete your order. And if you have any questions or need to get in touch with us right away our Email and Phone Number are on the Contact page. Payment. Upon signing up for our service we require a credit card number. An invoice will be emailed to you each time you recieve a basket, and your credit card will be charged at that time also. If you are going out of town or just need to temporarily suspend your service, just contact us. You are free to cancel your service at any time. If you would like any additional items from the add on page you will need to email them to us 3 days before your drop off. We have a Refer-a-Friend program! You will get one week of your regular delivery free for each friend you refer to Auntie Em's Delivery who also signs up for the service. Produce may change daily, depending on availability and quality. Please understand that in the fresh produce business, the only thing constant is change. Embrace it! Prepared Foods. As an option, we offer home delivery of many great prepared foods that have been featured in the Marketplace along with your produce order. As with everything else at Auntie Em's these will change with the seasons. Go to Price List to see what's available right now.
	Delivery Terms You may choose weekly, biweekly or monthly delivery service, and can pay by credit or debit card. A fully refundable $60 deposit covers use of two specially designed, insulated boxes that your produce will come in. One will always be at your residence waiting to be picked up, while the other one is being filled with your order. If you cancel your service the $60 deposit will be fully refunded. There are currently two areas being served: the Eastside (Eagle Rock, Silver Lake, Glendale, Pasadena), which we deliver to on Mondays; and the Westside (Santa Monica, Hollywood, West L.A., Downtown), to which we deliver on Tuesdays. The boxes must be left out by 6 AM on the morning your area is scheduled to receive delivery. We will charge a $10 fee for boxes that are not left out in time.
